DEPOSITS:
Your $500 security deposit is due within 24 hours of making your reservation. Deposit can be paid by personal or agency check or by major credit card. If the deposit is not received within 24 hours, your reservation will automatically cancel.
RENT:
The full rental payment is due 60 days prior to arrival, except for reservations which include the dates 12/20-01/06; this full rental payment is due 90 days prior to arrival. If your payment is not received by the due date, your reservation will be subject to cancellation. Rent must be paid in U.S. funds and only by check or money order.
CANCELLATIONS:
You have the right to cancel with 90 days written notice. With timely cancellation notice, all advance funds will be returned less a cancellation fee. If your reservations include the dates 12/20-01/06 there will be a $200 cancellation fee. If less than 90 days notice, all advance funds will be forfeited unless we can re-book your rental dates. No refunds will be given for early departure as you are responsible for the entire time booked once within the non-cancellation period.
SECURITY DEPOSIT:
Each home requires a $500.00 Security Deposit, unless otherwise indicated. This deposit will be returned within 30 days less damages, missing items, toll calls or excessive cleaning.
Our home will be expertly cleaned prior to your arrival, and again after your departure. A cleaning fee of $193.00 is required. Excessive departure cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit. You may arrange with the office for personal cleaning during your stay for an additional fee.
